Switzerland scientist Charles Edouard Guillaume won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in recognition of his discovery of anomalies in nickel steel alloys.
Germany scientist Walther Hermann Nernst won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in recognition of his work in thermochemistry. (The award was pended until 1921)
Denmark scientist Schack August Steenberg Krogh won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discovery of the capillary motor regulating mechanism.
Norwegian writer Knut Pedersen Hamsun won the Nobel Prize in Literature for his short stories "Growth of the Soil" and "Victoria".
French L¨Ĥon Victor Auguste Bourgeois won the Nobel Peace Prize for the work he rendered for the establishment of the International Alliance.
The 21st Nobel Laureates on December 10, 1921
American Germany scientist Albert Einstein won the Nobel Prize in Physics for his service to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect.
